Aware in Motion (AIM)
AIM is a music-guided mindful movement practice that helps you reconnect with your body, focus your mind and restore a sense of inner steadiness.
It blends rhythmic bilateral movement (simple left and right foot-tapping), mindful attention and music to create a practice that is both grounding and exploratory. AIM is practical and accessible, no prior experience with meditation or movement is needed.
